The Learned AGP states that the Revision Application No.16 of 2016 has been filed by the Applicant Mr. Aslam Sayyed before the Joint Charity Commissioner and in which Revision Application the impugned order has been stayed on 9-11-2016. In view thereof, it is not necessary to entertain the above Petition. The Revisionary Authority may hear and decide the said Revision Application expeditiously. The Petitioner may renew his challenge to the impugned order if the Revision Application is held to be not maintainable. All contentions of the parties are kept open for being urged before the Revisionary Authority. Since the Revision Application filed by the original Applicant is pending, this court deems it appropriate to leave the parties to prosecute the said remedy. With the aforesaid directions the Writ Petition is disposed of.
