By these applications, applicants are seeking modification/relaxation of condition imposed on them by this Court (Coram : Smt. Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) by order dated 17th March 2022.

Shubhada S Kadam 54-ia-623-2023 in ba-628-2022.doc Court while granting bail order has imposed condition that applicants shall report CBI, EOB, Mumbai, once in a month on every 1st Saturday between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm until further orders. Learned counsel further submitted that trial has commenced and it is difficult for the applicants to attend the Trial Court dates and Office of CBI as directed by this Court, hence, requested to relax/modify the said condition. Learned special counsel for respondent No.1 strongly objected the same.

I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, I pass following order :
1. Applications are partly allowed.
2. Condition (c) of the order dated 17th March 2022 is relaxed as under :
Applicants shall report CBI, EOB, Mumbai, once in three months as per their convenience on any day between 11.00 am to 1.00 p.m.
Applications stand disposed off.
