Heard Mr.Kamlesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for recalling the order dated 12.8.2016 thereby restoring the writ petition to its original position.

Mr. Tiwari submitted that by order dated 12.8.2016, this Court issued notice to the respondents, returnable after eight weeks. The petitioner was directed to remove all office objections within four weeks failing which the writ petition was to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Mr. Tiwari

2/2 caw//2016 assures that after restoration of the writ petition, within two weeks he will remove office objections. As the notices were issued and petition was dismissed for non removing the office objections, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.

Petitioner shall remove office objections within two weeks from today and serve copy of this order on the other side.
