The applicants have preferred application for bail before the Sessions Court which is pending. The roznama annexed to these applications indicate that the applications came up for hearing on 12-2-2020, which were adjourned to 13-2-2020, 14-2-2020 and 202-2020. The applications are now due for hearing on 6th March 2020.

Learned counsel for applicants submits that the applications are adjourned from time to time without any protection. The applicants are being harassed by police. However, the fact remains that the applicants are not yet arrested. The applications are due for hearing on 6th March 2020. Since there is no interim protection
