Heard learned counsel appearing for applicant and learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific relief is sought against the applicant in this petition. However, since notice was given by the Superintendent Land Record to applicant/Corporation, therefore, the applicant/Corporation has been impleaded as party respondent in the petition. 1/2

In view of the fact that, the petitioner is not seeking any relief against the applicant in this petition, the applicant i.e. the Life Insurance Corporation of India is not necessary party to the petition. Therefore, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Civil Application stands disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner to delete respondent no.4 from the array of respondents forthwith. (S. S. SHINDE, J.) 2/2
