Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, in this view, the Petitioner would be required to file a fresh Petition and press the prayers as urged in these proceedings. He, accordingly seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Petition.

Mr. Mishra to furnish a copy of the fresh attachment order to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner by tomorrow. In this view, we permit the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition assailing subsequent fresh orders which are passed attaching the Petitioner's bank account. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 26 March, 2024
