This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No.307/2015 registered with Navghar Police Station, Bhayander, District Thane (Rural). For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice I am inclined to allow the present application.

2) The applicant in ABA No.197/2016 is directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served on the learned counsel for the complainant within the aforesaid period.
