The above Writ Petition was listed on 13/06/2018 and was adjourned for today so as to enable the learned APP to take instructions. The learned APP informs us that the charge-sheet has already been filed in March 2017 and an offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code has also been added.
