By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 156 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 11th April 2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 2707/2009.

Considering the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. 1/2
