Mr.Vanarse states that Court may direct Respondent No.1 to dispose the Appeal within such time, as the Court may consider it appropriate, but in any case, atleast time till 31st May 2023, be granted. Mr.Vanarse states that the assembly session has also started on 27th February 2023 and he expects it to go on for four weeks.
