The prayer in the petition is to direct respondents to decide certain applications that petitioner had filed with respect to a plot of land being Block No.1001, Room No.2002, CTS No.24100 (P), Sheet No.49, adjacent to U No.9(P), Ulhasnagar421005, admeasuring 591.4/9 sq.yards. The application was to direct respondents to enter petitioner's name in the property card. Mr. Kamble for respondent no.5. i.e., Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation, states in their records petitioner's name has been updated. Ms Chandnani also confirms the same. Yesterday, i.e., 12th October 2023, the petition was listed and taken up for admission when we were informed that though the Corporation has entered petitioner's name in the property tax records, the Tahsildar and the City Survey Officer despite application from Meera Jadhav

2/2 903-wp-11879-22.doc petitioner and reminders, have not entered petitioner's name in the City Survey record or the property card . The matter was, therefore, stood over to today to enable Ms Solunke to take instructions. Today, Ms Solunke states that the Tahsildar one Akshay A Dhakane and the City Survey Officer one Rajendra R. Londhe, are present in court and identifies them. Ms Solunke tenders affidavit filed by Akshay Dhakane affirmed on 13th October 2023 on behalf of respondent no.6 and affidavit of Rajendra R. Londhe, affirmed on 13th October 2023 on behalf of respondent no.8. In both these affidavits, it is stated that petitioner's name is mutated from the property card vide its No.4595-17-01-2022, N.B.U Ulhasnagar. The extract of the property card is also annexed to the affidavits. Ms Solunke states that, therefore, petitioner's grievance in the petition has been addressed and nothing survives in the matter. Ms Chandnani concurs with Ms Solunke.

In view thereof, petition disposed.
