By an order dated 7th December, 2018, the Petitioner was directed to furnish a complete set of case papers to the Registry to enable the Registry to reconstruct the file. It was made clear that if no case papers were furnished within four weeks, the Court would be constrained to hold that the Petitioners were not interested in pursuing the petition and consider dismissal of the petition for non prosecution. The Registry was directed to display the order on the website so as to give sufficient notice to the Petitioners / their advocate. The order was accordingly circulated on the website. The Petitioners, however, have not furnished any case papers in accordance with the order. The Petitioners do not appear or seek extension of time.

In the premises, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
