The above Civil Application is taken out by the Applicants to bring the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1(a) on record. Perused the Civil Application. The learned Advocate for the legal heirs of Respondent No.1(a) states that she has no objection if the Civil Application is allowed. In view thereof, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which are reproduced hereunder : "(a)the delay of 341 days of cause in filing the present application may kindly be condoned;

(b)that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to bring the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1(a) - Smt. Gokulabai Kisan Zende on record;"
