By this Application the Applicant/Original Accused No.1 seeks suspension of substantive sentence and enlargement on bail. 2.

We have heard learned Counsel for the Applicant. We have perused the evidence of P.W.1, P.W.5 and P.W.7 who are eye witnesses. They have attributed specific role to the Applicant. The injuries are on chest and stomach and are of serious nature. We have also perused the evidence of P.W.11-Doctor, who has conducted the postmortem. The evidence of P.W.11 corroborates with the version of the eye witnesses as regards the injuries. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to grant the Application.
