Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. Though, the respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter called out.

This application is preferred by legal heirs of deceased sole petitioner Abdul Azim Maqbool Ahmed Ansari, who died on 27.11.2015. Present Civil Application is filed within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as the Civil Application is filed within limitation, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

a) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased sole petitioner in Writ Petition No. 4941 of 2001 within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. b) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, applicant to serve the amended copy of Writ Petition either on Respondents or their Advocates, immediately thereafter.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
