This is an Application for suspension of sentence and enlargement on bail to the Applicant.

Having gone through the evidence of P.W.1-Arifa Allabaksha Kureshi, P.W.7-Mohiddin Khajabhai Qureshi, P.W.8-Sufiya Imtiyaz Satkhed and PW.9-Mashirunnisa Abdul Gani Qureshi who have deposed about the complicity of the Applicant in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant.
