The above Civil Application No.593 of 2016 is filed for bringing the legal heirs of the Respondent No.3 viz. Respondent Nos.3A to 3E in the above Civil Application as well as in Civil Application Nos.1609 of 2015 and 1610 of 2015 on record. The applicant also seeks correction of the cause title in so far as Respondent No.1(iv) in the aforesaid Civil Application N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

10-caw-593-2016 as well as the Writ Petition. The heirs of the Respondent No.3 have been served. The learned counsel further seeks deletion of the Respondent no.3B as the other heirs are already on record. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the heirs of the Respondent No.3 are also brought on record in Civil Application Nos.1609 of 2015 and 1610 of 2015 as well as the Writ Petition. The second prayer of the applicant is also allowed.

On amendment being carried out, issue notice to the Respondents No.3A to 3E excluding Respondent No.3B in the Civil Application Nos.1609 of 2015 and 1610 of 2015 returnable after six weeks. Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of.
