DATE :- 17TH APRIL, 2018 P. C. :- The above writ petition has been filed principally for directing the respondents forthwith to take cognizance of the complaint made by the Petitioner vide letter dated 29th January 2018 and also to take steps pursuant thereto. The learned Additional P.P., Mr. Salvi, on instructions of Mr. S.M. Mali, PSI, Kandivli Police Station states that acting upon the said complaint, an N.C. has been registered. However, having regard to the nature of the allegations,

Dusane 2 27 wp 701.2018.doc-56 which are comprised in the complaint dated 29th January 2018, he states that notwithstanding the N.C. which has been registered, the Kandivli Police Station would once again enquire into the complaint made by the letter dated 29th January 2018 and take a decision thereon and communicate to the Petitioner the said decision within four weeks from date.
