Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned Counsel, however, submits that having regard to the nature of the occurrence, the trial may be expedited.

The submission, in the backdrop of the nature of the occurrence and the relationship of co-workers, which the applicant and the deceased shared, appears justifiable.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

The learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No.269 of 2023 arising out of C.R.No.1020 of 2022 is requested to make an endeavour to commence and conclude the trial in the said Sessions Case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of nine months from the date of communication of this order.
