3] Ground of hardship is pressed which is not controverted. 4] That being so, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

(a) That the Honorable High Court be pleased to exercise its powers Under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and may be pleased to transfer the Marriage Petition No. 1219 of 2018 pending before the Ld. Civil Judge Senior Division, at Pune to Ld. Judge of the Family Court, at Bandra, Mumbai for trial and disposal.
