1) This is an application for intervention by the original complainant Smt. Farheen Khan in CR No.15/2017 dated 4.1.2017 registered with Khar Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

2) The applicant in ABA No.235 of 2017 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant Smt. Farheen Khan as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the original complainant on the address mentioned in the cause title of the application. 3) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
