Considering the aforesaid circumstances, request made by the learned counsel for the applicants is reasonable. The applicants are permitted to surrender before the jurisdictional Court on before 09/03/2023. 5.

If any application for bail is made, the Court may consider the same expeditiously on merits.

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

Till 09/03/2023, no coercive steps be taken against the applicants.
