Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for State.

This is an application seeking transit bail. It is submitted that Crime No. 124 of 2016 is registered against the applicant at Sarabha Nagar Police Station in Ludhiana, District Punjab. 1/3

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant seeks to approach Punjab High Court or to take appropriate legal remedy or cooperate with the investigating agency to the best of his capacity as per legal advise and therefore, prays for pre-arrest transit bail.

In view of this, the applicant deserves transit pre-arrest bail, which shall shall remain in operation for a period of two weeks. Hence, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest of arrest in Crime No. 124/16 registered at Sarabha Nagar Police Station in Ludhiana, District Punjab, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- and one or more solvent sureties in the like amount. 2/3
