DATED : 26th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The present application is received through jail. The applicant who is facing trial in Sessions Case No. 377 of 2016 seek his release on bail on the ground that from 17/6/2016, he is incarcerated.
The earlier application filed by the applicant came to be rejected on 22/11/2018.
The statement of the learned APP is to the effect that charge has been framed and witness summons has been issued and there are only 5 witnesses cited by the prosecution who have to be examined.
In the wake of the above, the Additional sessions Judge Ashish Mhaske
2/2 51BA 1070.21.doc Dindoshi, who is seized of Sessions case No.377 of 2016 is requested to conclude the trial within period of six months from today.
The above order shall be communicated to the Prisoner/applicant through the Superintendent of Central Prison, Thane.
