representation dated 1 st August 2022 on its own merits within four weeks from today. The order passed by the Respondent No.1 shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week date from the date of passing the order. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by Respondent No.1, the Petitioner is at liberty to file such proceedings as permissible in law.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the representation made by the Petitioner. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.
