This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 03/11/2023. Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that an amount of Rs.5,40,000/- in part compliance of the order dated 03/11/2023 has already been deposited.

The application is opposed by learned APP contending that sufÏcient time has already been granted to the applicant during which time the applicant has failed to 1/2

For the reasons mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to extend the time as mentioned in clause (c) of the operative part of the order dated 03/11/2023 by a period of 4 weeks from today. 5.
