Learned APP on instructions from the officer who is present in the Court and also on the basis of report tendered by the officers submits that, charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant on 13th March, 2020.

In view of the filing of charge-sheet, learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer application for bail before appropriate Court. Hence, application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
