By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner challenges the order dated 13.01.2016 passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ghodegaon below Exhibit- 15 in Regular Civil Suit No.31/2015 allowing the Application made by Respondent No.2 to 4 for joining them as party Defendant.

The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 and 4 submits that the Plaintiff has already carried out amendment in the suit long back. Hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

Considering these facts, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 13.01.2016 Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

35.9870.16-wp.doc which is based on the agreement dated 17.12.1996. Hence, the Writ Petition stands rejected.

At the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner - Plaintiff, hearing of the suit No.31/2015 is expedited.
