The anticipatory bail application is not maintainable as the ofence alleged is under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. There is a provision for fling an appeal under Section 14(1)(a) before the Division Bench of this Court.

Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to fle appropriate application.
