Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the petitioner is to dispose of this petition by allowing the petitioner to submit a representation and by directing respondent no. 3 Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner which he will submit within two weeks against his transfer order dated 31.5.2016 at Exhibit. F.

In view of the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit the representation against his transfer order within two weeks from today. The decision on the same be taken by the Commissioner Respondent no. 3 within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. Needless to say that any action taken against petitioner for non joining at the transferred place will not be affected by this order.
