The Petitioner seeks directions against the P.I.O. and the concerned officers to provide him information with respect to his trial and the pancha witnesses who had deposed in his case. No details are given in the Petition and its contents are vague and insufficient. 2.

Learned APP submitted a report given by the Additional Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Jail which states that the Petitioner is now transferred and lodged at Paithan Open Prison. 3.

Application of Petitioner therefore cannot be countenanced. Petitioner is at liberty to take out appropriate Application before the learned Trial Court if his grievance subsists and if permissible in law. 4.
