By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 39 days in filing the appeal from order. No affidavit-in-reply is filed. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
On perusal of the grounds recorded in the civil application, I am satisfied that the delay of 39 days in filing the appeal from order is satisfactorily explained. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, delay of 39 days is condoned. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. The applicants are directed to remove office objections within one week from today.

Place the appeal from order on board for 'Admission' on 14th March 2016. Ad-interim protection granted, if any, to continue till 16th March 2016.
