The petitioner Gajanan seeks action for contempt against eye witness Shri Rahul Chandrakant Pawar and other grievance is in relation to the role of police in the matter. After hearing respective Counsel, we find that trial in which Shri Rahul Pawar has deposed or may be required to depose is still pending. The question whether there is any contempt or not and other grievances in relation to the role of police in the matter can be looked into in the backdrop of grievance made in this petition later after that trial is over.
