The learned counsel for the Petitioner tenders a Purshis bearing today's date i.e. 09/12/2016 signed by the Petitioner which he has received by e-mail. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition, in terms of the instructions contained in the said Purshis. To the said Purshis is annexed the Deed of Redemption and Release dated 12/02/2016 in respect of the property in question which is described in Schedule-II of the said Deed of Redemption. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is granted liberty to replace the copy of the said Purshis by the original within one week from date.
