All these applications have been sent by the applicant from prison. They are basically for an early hearing of the Appeal. The Appeal is ready for final hearing. The same be listed, peremptorily, for final hearing on 7th January 2016. The applicant has also expressed a grievance that a counsel who has been appointed to prosecute the Appeal under the Free Legal Aid Scheme has not been remaining present, and

Tilak 3/4 (9)APPA-230-15 that some other Advocate be appointed in her place. He has also expressed a grievance that he is unable to ascertain as to what is happening to the applications made by him and the Appeal that is pending.

In the circumstances, it is directed that another Advocate be appointed under the Free Legal Aid Scheme to prosecute the Appeal filed by the applicant/appellant. Such appointed Advocate shall be given a copy of the paper book and other relevant documents, free of charge.

The needful be done at the earliest as the Appeal is likely to be taken up for final hearing on 7th January 2016. Applications are disposed of accordingly.

A copy of the order be forwarded to the applicant in prison.
