1] The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has given application for change of name of the Trust in the Occupants Column in the relevant 7/12 extract. The name of the Trust has undergone change and the said changed name is sought to be recorded under the application filed by the Petitioner. The said application is not yet decided.

2] We have heard the learned AGP.

3] In case, if the application is filed by the Petitioner (Page 25) and the same is pending with Respondent No.2 and if Respondent No.2 is 1/2

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
