1. Both counsel state that entire dispute has been worked out and the respondent has agreed to accept a sum of Rs.55,000/- in the full and final settlement of exparte award dated 29th April, 2008 in Reference ID No.8 of 2007. The learned counsel for parties have tendered the consent terms.

2. The consent terms are signed by the petitioner-company and respondentworkman and their Advocates. The consent terms are taken on file. Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Civil application is also disposed of.
