Leave to amend to bring on record legal heirs of the respondent. Let the amendment be carried out during the course of the day. 2.
Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that a proposal for settlement of the dispute was given to the respondents by the petitioner's letter dated 13 December, 2022, a copy of which is placed on record.

Learned counsel for the respondents informs that the proposal is acceptable to the respondents whereby the respondents have agreed to accept in full and final settlement of an amount of Rs. 3,71,256/-, being the amount 16 February, 2023
3.WP2676_2020.DOC of ratuity and which shall amount to an overall settlement between the parties. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that appropriate compliance in that regard shall be made by the petitioner, and the amounts released in favour of the respondents.

In view of the above settlement which has been arrived between the parties, further adjudication of the petition is not called for. It is accordingly disposed of.
