The Petitioner's sole prayer is that pending Civil Suit No.155 of 2008 pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Vasai be expedited. We gather from the Counsel for the Petitioner that once the Suit was dismissed. However, in Second Appeal, the High Court has restored the Suit to its original position. There is nothing on record suggesting that after restoration of the Suit, the Petitioner had requested the concerned learned Judge for taking up the Suit for early disposal. Without fully appreciating the workload of the Court and necessary facts, we are not inclined to grant any directions for completing the Suit in a prescribed time frame. It is always open for the Petitioner to request the concerned Court for such purpose. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
