This is an application seeking expeditious hearing. The complainant is present in the Court. This Court is hearing appeals of the year 1996. The present appeal is an appeal against acquittal where the appellant is seeking expeditious hearing. It would not be possible to hear an appeal against acquittal when the appeals against conviction are pending right since 1996.
