Learned AGP informs the Court that an amount of Rs. 41,60,000/- is paid to the Petitioners by Tahsildar, Vasai as directed by this Court by its order dated 14.03.2022. Learned AGP states that GIC Housing Finance Ltd will be paid as soon as they approach the Tahsildar along with the original documents. The Statements are accepted.

In view of the above, Writ Petition No. 2230 of 2022 is disposed of. 4.

Place the above Contempt Petition for hearing / further orders on 30th March, 2022.
