These Petitions are pending since the year 2016. As mentioned in the order dated 26/06/2023 when these Petitions were listed on 12/03/2020 nobody had appeared for the Petitioner. It is quite clear that the Petitioner is not interested in arguing this Petition. It was specifically placed on today' s board under the caption '
for Dismissal'
. Even today nobody appears for the Petitioner. Therefore, the Petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. 3.
Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 points out that in the proceeding of these Petitions, the Petitioner has deposited some amount of arrears in this Court. 4.
In the interest of justice, the amount deposited by the Petitioner is allowed to be withdrawn by the Respondent No.2 with the undertaking that she will bring back the money, if so directed by the Court.
