By these applications, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 02 years and 326 days in filing the present applications and for recall of order dated 03rd February, 2014 and further to restore the writ petition to file.

By order dated 03rd February, 2014, this Court had dismissed the writ petition for not removing the office objections within stipulated time in compliance of the order dated 06th January, 2014. 3.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraph 5, 6 and 7 of the applications which in my considered view, constitute sufficient ground.
