Having regard to the earlier orders passed by this Court on 13th June, 2013 and on 27th March, 2014 we find that the disposal of the Public Interest Litigation on 5th January, 2017 on the ground that since the Committee has been already constituted may not be correct. In these circumstances, we allow the Civil Application and order restoration of Public Interest Litigation No. 153 of 2012 to its original number. It be listed before the appropriate Bench.
