Parties have settled and compromised the matter. Affidavit dated 17.03.2022 filed by Respondent No. 2 is taken on record to that effect. Respondent No. 2 appeared through video call and is identified by her Advocate. Respondent No. 2 confirms the statement made in the affidavit and states that she has voluntarily decided to withdraw the allegations against the Petitioners.

In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed & disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:-
