The applicant Lt. Col. Prasad Shrikant Purohit prays for condonation of delay in filing appeal against the order passed by the trial Court on 12th October, 2015 whereby the bail application of the applicant came to be rejected. The reasons for delay in filing appeal are stated in the application.
