Lohakare, learned APP submitted that, a report duly signed by the Jailor Grade-I, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune dated 6th October, 2022 is received by her which is accompanied with Medical Report dated 5th October, 2022 duly signed by the Chief Medical Officer, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune, stating therein that, at present the physical condition of the prisoner is stable and he has been treated at prison hospital. In view of above, it appears to us that, grievance of the Petitioner is being taken care of by the Jail Authority and therefore no further directions are necessary at this stage. 1/2
