1. Perused the affidavit of Shri Kiran Magan Survase, Tahsildar, Kalyan, District Thane. A copy of the order dated 18th April, 2017 passed by him on the application of the petitioner is annexed. Though there is a delay in passing the order, Shri Survase has recorded the reasons for the delay and has tendered an unconditional apology. The apology deserves to be accepted. Accordingly, we accept the apology. No case is made out for initiating the action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

2. We make it clear that it will be open for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18th April, 2017 in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of.
