Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1, who is original complainant before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 64th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai, on instructions, makes a statement that respondent No.1 will withdraw the complaint bearing Case No. 1495/SS/2016 filed before the said Court. Statement accepted. 2.

Since respondent No.1 would be withdrawing the complaint filed against the petitioner, further adjudication of the present petition is unwarranted. Hence, in the light of submissions made by learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1, the petition stands disposed of.
