C.:- 1) Mr.Gavand, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr.Sachin Tambe, PSI attached to MIDC Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of the investigation the police have filed charge-sheet in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 22nd Court, Andheri, Mumbai on 2nd January 2017 itself and it is numbered as C.C. No.24/PW/2017. 2) In view thereof the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure before the trial Court.
